What happened

[REDACTED] and I were putting cats back into their kennels when a cat escaped. I was able to catch him and scruff him. At first we froze so I asked [REDACTED] to grab a nearby towel to cover him. Once she got close he panicked and bit my boot very hard and then turned and bit my hand.
