What happened

Boxing up for the [REDACTED] library renovations. We work in teams of 2 and while we are supposed to switch every 30 minutes that did not happen. My job was lifting boxes full of books from a waist-level cart down to the floor or up onto a stack of 5. I did this the entire 2 hours of the boxing shift. After the shift I felt sore but relatively okay. Pain escalated once I got home around [REDACTED].
