SIMILAR AND POSSIBLE RELATED TO INJURY EE HAD OUTSIDE OF WORK ON [REDACTED] WHERE HE WAS ON SHORT TERM DISBAILITY AND OUT OF WORK FOR SEVERAL WEEKS.
