Driver was cranking the landing gear on the [REDACTED] trailer.

What happened

Driver was picking a loaded trailer at the [REDACTED] in [REDACTED]. The driver hooked up to the trailer and tried to crank the landing gear on the trailer. The landing gear was imbedded in the asphalt so the driver had to crank the landing gear with all his strength. Driver had a sharp pain on his shoulder [REDACTED] when he woke up. Driver took ibuprofen and tried to work. 3 hours into his route driver called and stated his shoulder was hurting too much. Driver spoke to PC 365 the nurse advised the driver to go to urgent care with 24 hours.
