Associate was completing a replenishment task in rack location 17DY1. He moved a pallet of tile out of location two boxes fell off the pallet. The associate was picking the broken tile pieces up and got a small cut his left palm. This incident happened between racks 16 and 17 at [REDACTED] and reported at [REDACTED]. First aid was provided to the associate. Washed the wound applied two band aids. and tape around his hand so the band-aids would not fall off.
