What happened

According to Delivery Associate (DA): the DA rolled her right ankle falling into a hole with long grass growing out of it in [REDACTED] earlier [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] near the house number was [REDACTED] it instantly hurt but she was able to continue on. DA mentioned that she let dispatcher know only at the end of her route so there was no incident report written up. Once she had taken her boot off it was hurting & swelling more. She have iced & elevated it taking ibuprofen for pain. DA informed that she had sought medication attention and was informed that there was no fracture but it is a badly sprained ankle.
