Before the incident

EE was in the process of unloading concrete columns from trailer in storage yard

What happened

An end of one of the columns was hooked to the crane. EE hooked opposite end chains onto the column. Crane operator move the other end of the column. EE was standing between the two columns when the end swung out causing EE end to pinch employee leg between a column and the trailer.
