What happened

The employee was using an ergo lift to move a box to a pallet when the suction failed and dropped the box. The lift pressure had been turned all the way up causing the vacuum to spring upwards suddenly and jerk the employees shoulder with it. The employee had suffered a previous shoulder injury the year before on the same arm.
