IW HAD REMOVED THE MOVING BLANKET AND TAPE FROM A MIRROR AND WENT TO THROW IT IN THE COMPACTOR AND GOT CAUGHT IN THE TAPE AND TRIPPED FALLING FORWARD INJURING HIS LEFT LEG BENEATH THE KNEE WIT A LARGE KNOT AND SCRAPE.
