What happened

As employee was donning a laundered scrub jacket she felt a poke. She found a needle in her scrub jacket sleeve that had poked her arm Moved my right arm in my scrub jacket and felt a sharp pinch when I looked down there was a needle sticking out of the inner elbow area of my jacket. I asked another nurse to help me remove the jacket and notified the team lead.
