Worker was sitting in a chair next to welding machine preparing to insert a welding gun that gets plugged into the welding equipment.

What happened

After plugging the welding gun into the welding machine worker stood up and began to turn around. Worker tripped and caught his right foot up in the welding equipment cable. Worker fell to the shop floor landing on his right knee.
