Before the incident

Catching wood panels with a helper for the operator of the Doucet edge bander.

What happened

The injured worker decided to take the panels and stack them by himself while the helper went to the restroom without notifying the supervisor around [REDACTED] boards that he stacked by himself. He reported that when he lifted one of the panels felt a pull on his right shoulder. [REDACTED] reported the discomfort on [REDACTED] the day after he felt the pull at [REDACTED] before going to his station the incident happened on [REDACTED] he was sent home as he requested and though the discomfort will go away if resting the arm.
