They were doing misc cleaning in lunchroom and because the garbage had some smelly garbage in it they decided it should be cleaned and grabbed some household bleach and mixed it with a little water to clean the garbage can

What happened

As they were vigorously scrubbing the garbage can some of the bleach water mixture splashed into their face and dripped into their left eye.
