Dislodging stuck plastic on 1 2 gallon blow mold with a ratchet handle.

What happened

The 1 2 gallon blow mold cast shut with the handle o the ratchet still inside. This cause a level like action and slammed employee right hand into the top of the blow mold. which basically blew out the employee right index and middle fingers.
