Before the incident

TM was coming from break getting ready to start the TDR process on door # 3. The door was open on door 3 and TM went on to the dock plate to check the trailer number to fill out TDR

What happened

[REDACTED] came back from break and went back to his work stations and saw door 3 was open and the dock plate was door He grabbed the paperwork and went to fill out the paperwork while standing on the dock plate. The yard driver pulled out the trailer causing the TM to fall on the dock plate.
