Employee was gathering the trash to take out in the trash buggy. Upon arriving at the trash station outside she discovered both sides of the trash were frozen shut. She tried harder and it broke free. When it broke free her right thumb was pinched between the handle and the clamp. Right thumb and knuckle is cut and bruised.
