Before the incident

DA had some disconfort throughout the day on the middle left side of his back but it wasnt to the point of drastically affecting his work At approximatley [REDACTED] at stop 82 of his shift he went to pick up two heavy overflow packages and immediatley got a very intense pain on that same middle left side of his back Everytime he would turn to get out of his seat or lift another package he was experiencing that same spasm on his back DA then called dispatch right away to inform them what happened The pain is still occuring everytime theres a sudden movement like sitting and standing up or turning
