Cutting bolts out of old steam valve

What happened

EE was cutting bolts out of steam valve going to the turbine generator in the Boiler Room. When the 7th bolt was out steam started blowing out of the valve which temporarily blinded the EE and the EE took off running to keep from getting burned by the steam. As the EE turned to run EE tripped over an object in the floor and fell on his left shoulder on the concrete.
