Before the incident

Employee walked inside the bathroom ladies locker room.

What happened

Employee informed her manager that she had an emercency with her kids and needed to leave. She went into the womens locker room. After about an hour of waiting outside the locker room and calling in for her her manager asked another female employee to check on her. The other employee found ijured teammate on the floor with a bump on her head. Teammate stated that she did not remember falling and was not able to stand.
