What happened
Laceration of hand right. Employee jumped over to another station to help out to keep the line going. The headrest got stuck and the employee had to push the head rest up from the inside of the back of the seat. When the headrest released quickly it allowed the employees hand to het the support causing the employe to cut his hand on the support.
