What happened

Dock associate entered trailer on forklift door 138 breaking 21163. He was moving decking boards and beams to get to freight on top of deck. As he released the beam on the front to get to freight freight fell from upper deck onto trailer floor. He fell trying to get out of way of freight falling. No freight hit him.
