What happened

Driver slipped on a wet dock plate on the customer 's dock. Customer was Immediate Air Cargo Transit Inc. [REDACTED]. When driver fell he hit his right leg on the dock plate causing bruising and scrapes all along his leg below the knee. Driver did not report at the time but had a doctor 's appointment on the following day [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. The doctor gave him some ointment and then the driver states it got infected and on [REDACTED] he went to the emergency room
