While handling the fuel hose for DEF into the Hostlers tank the base of the handle cracked and sprayed out the Diesel Exhaust Fluid on-to the employee 's body right eye and mouth. Saline was used to wash out eye water was consumed. Took employee to ER as recommended by Nurseline - chemtrec- and poison control.
