Employee reports he was helping to move bariatric patient -350 lb on a reeve s transportation device. There were several people to help but they were in a very tight space to move the patient. They had to lower the patient to the ground. When they lowered him the patient s width was against his knees so was unable to use his knees to lift correctly. Felt a twinge in his lower back with spasm.
