What happened

while unloading freight at a customer 3 employees from [REDACTED] got into the truck to help [REDACTED] unload. [REDACTED] was using the hand truck and two of the others were pushing [REDACTED] towards the back of the truck. When [REDACTED] reached the end of the lift gate he yelled for them to stop but they kept pushing. This caused [REDACTED] to fall of the back and the freight fell with him hitting his neck and lower back.
