What happened

TM was directing another TM on Stand up forklift. TM motioned TM on forklift to come on in the cooler. TM on forklift accelerated but hit a wet spot on floor causing the jack to spin and pinning TM between dough stack at the ankles. TM reported incident to shift leader. TM came to break room for observation. TM stated he was a little sore but felt fine.
