Employee was replacing the belts on the exhaust fans locates on the rooftop of evap 6

What happened

The fans were locked out and the employee was wearing gloves. Once the belts were secured the employee began tightening them and checking the tension with his left index and middle finger. at that point air pushed through the fan causing the shaft and belt to move
