What happened

Multiple threats were made to the employee from the patient in regards to shooting him. Patient told employee that he shoots people when they piss him off and told the employee that he was pissing off the patient. Patient reached in his bag as if he was going to pull out a gun he did not have a gun. Patient also asked the employee if he understands lead and motioned to his forehead and said right between the eyes.
