What happened

Employee was in the process of pulling a waste bin from a vacuum to the waste station to empty it. She stated that she knew she was unable to lift the bin so she asked for assistance from the team leader to use a lift to empty. As she was walking back pulling the empty bin she noticed a sharp pain in her left shoulder and arm.
