During the shift on [REDACTED] injury was reported that an employee had been struck in the side by an module from another coworker while working. This incident occurred on [REDACTED] @ approx. 0005. Employee proceeded to inform the lead person @ approx. 0100. A call was placed to report the injury when the employee informed the supervisor for the first time of the incident. After the report was made it was decided by the employee after consulting the medical personnel that immediate medical attention was not necessary and they were able to continue working through the night. During the shift on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the employee reported continued discomfort in the area affected during the initial incident.
