Before the incident

Press [REDACTED] 400 Ton Bliss was stuck on bottom (180 deg). This press is equiped with hydraulic nuts and shims to release the condition the nuts were presurized to remove the shims with an hydraulic pump . The right front was complete and [REDACTED] and another employee were working on the right rear.

What happened

The hydraulic line on the pump broke while [REDACTED] was removing the shims resulting in the line to strike his right forearm.
