The employee states that as he passed through the strip curtains at the doorway separating 13 aisle from 40 aisle he looked back at the product on the forks of his pallet jack while he was still moving foreward to ensure no product was knocked off his pallet by the strip curtains. The employee misjudged how much room he had from the other pallets he placed in 40 aisle and he drove into another pallet in the aisle pinning his right hand between the throttle of his jack and the pallet.
