What happened

Associate was trying to transfer a package from the back of his vehicle to a dolly outside of the vehicle when it slipped from his hands and hit his right knee. Associate felt no pain at the time of the injury and finished his route that day as well as his next two shifts without complaint pain until towards the end of his shift of [REDACTED]).
