Employee was vacuuming for about an hour then he took his break. He was then taking the laundry out the washer to put into the dryer.

Employee was taking the laundry out the washer to put into the dryer and his back was having a really bad spasm. His back then stiffened up and he iced it for awhile and then got up to try and vacuum but he just could barely move.
