Colleague was walking back to the control room and slipped then fell on a level wet concrete surface while walking on 1st floor inside the loadout building.

Left knee pain and lower back pain with pain traveling down the left leg. The next morning the colleague began experiencing moderate to severe lower back pain with neuropathy traveling down the left leg and into the left foot.
