What happened

Employee went into unit #404 to take vacate pictures of items which were left in this unit. There were 2 vases of dead flowers that had been left by other residents outside of the unit in the walkway area by the threshold area. As the employee was bending down to move the vase closest to the door frame into the unit and out of the walkway for safety reasons (vases were glass) the employee hit the upper part of her forehead area on the right side on the door frame and the corner of the door latch strike plate that was extended past the frame area into the unit.
