Worker went around the label machine to pick up product that needed to be put back through the labeler As she picked up what was on the table she started to return to the front of the belt and tripped over the labeler After reviewing the cameras she was seen with alot of product in her arms which obstructed her view of where the labeler was causing her to not see it and trip over it falling to her knees
