EMPLOYEE WAS ASSIGNED TO A PUSHER POSITION TO SORT BELT FREIGHT AND PUSH IT TO THE CORRECT SLIDE POSITION A LONG PACKAGE CAME DOWN THE BELT LABEL SIDE DOWN AND EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO FLIP ROLL IT OVER TO VIEW THE LABEL DESTINATION AS THIS HAPPENED THE SHIPMENT BEGAN TO ROLL OFF THE BELT TOWARDS HER SHE TRIPPED ON A SHIPMENT BEHIND HER ON THE FLOOR AND FELL TO THE GROUND THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT SHE WAS HANDLING CAME OFF THE BELT AND LANDED ON HER LEFT ANKLE
