What happened

While Driving the bus on [REDACTED] Ms. [REDACTED] was hit on the front drivers side of the bus by a truck while turning left. She held on the steering wheel during the impact moving forward causing her pain to the left side of the neck and shoulder area. The pain started happening after the accident she reported it on [REDACTED] and we immediately took Ms. [REDACTED] to Nova Medical Center. As of [REDACTED] the Doctor put her on full restrictions.
