WHILE ENTERING THE [REDACTED] FACILITY EMPLOYEE WAS LOOKING DOWN AT HER CAR REMOTE AND MISSED THE CURB TRIPPED AND FELL SENIOR MANAGER [REDACTED] CAME OUT RIGHT AFTER HER FALL EMPLOYEE TOURED THE FACILITY WITH THE SENIOR MANAGER AS THE INTENT WAS TO APPLY FOR A JOB AT THAT LOCATION AFTER THE TOUR EMPLOYEE SAT AT A COMPUTER TO APPLY FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS LIFTED HER PANT LEG AND NOTICED HER LEFT KNEE WAS SWOLLEN APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES LATER SHE TRIED TO GET UP BUT COULD NOT PUT WEIGHT ON HER LEFT LEG
