DURING THE PM RELOAD A PACKAGE WAS AT THE END OF THE ROLLING SORT BELT AGAINST THE METAL GUARD WHERE THE CONVEYOR BELT ENDS EMPLOYEE WENT TO PICK UP PACKAGE OFF THE BELT TO LOAD INTO ULD AND THE VERY SMALL SPACE BETWEEN THE ROLLING CONVEYOR BELT AND METAL GUARDING GRABBED HER GLOVE ON HER RIGHT LITTLE FINGER AND PULLED IT THE GLOVE AND HER LITTLE FINGER INTO THE SMALL SPACE CAUSING HER RIGHT LITTLE FINGER TO BE SEVERELY PINCHED
