The employee was moving top retain bin off the stack.

On [REDACTED]. Retain bins were being shifted (as is done weekly). Another employee expressed the bin was too heavy and asked for help. Employee (that was injured) grabbed top retain bin in a hug close to the body and lifted employee took a few steps backwards leaning back slightly to turn and put bin on counter. No pain at the time. Some heavy samples were removed from the bin then both employees lifted together to put back on the pile (now rotated to a lower placement). The [REDACTED] employee woke up with a stiff back that got more painful throughout the day.
