At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] EE was driving her PIV down the main drive aisle. As she was traveling at full speed the PIV suddenly shut off causing EE to be turned and thrown off the PIV. EE hit the back of her head on the concrete full force causing bleeding.ERT called and determined [REDACTED] should be called. [REDACTED] called.EE seemed dazed by encounter and had trouble remembering what had just happened.911 medics arrived and took over. EE was transported to local hospital.PIV was towed by maintenance to the maintenance department.
