Before the incident

[REDACTED] climbed up the ladder about 5 or 6 steps to be handed a shelf for the aisle from co-worker [REDACTED] from the deck she was on.

What happened

[REDACTED] climbed up the ladder to get on the storage deck. [REDACTED] was handing the shelf down to [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] had to step up on the 5th or 6th step to reach the shelf. [REDACTED] had shelf in hand stepped down some steps and thought she was at the bottom but was actually on the 3rd step up therefore she slid down the last few steps and twisted her knee. She did manage to keep standing on her feet with shelf in hand.
