He broke an egg Infront of the egg case. Tried to clean it all up and missed a spot and slipped and fell from the egg being left on the floor.

He was filling the Eggs one of the eggs fell out of the container. He used cardboard to clean it up. He was walking past the milk display and some of the egg fell off of the cardboard and he slip and fell.
