What happened

[REDACTED] was lifting a case of panty liners as she lifted and turned she felt her back tense up. She paced back and forth several times to try to get her back to loosen up. She tried to continue working but she kept having spasms in her back as she would push pull the cart or move anything. She ended up going home early; she was unable to stand up straight.
