What happened

After walking out of the restroom [REDACTED] walked towards the breakroom kiosk to buy something to eat. While he was checking out he said he was on the phone and he must have twisted turned the wrong way. He said it continued to get worse while he was sitting down eating. After break he talked to a supervisor and said pain was too great to try to go back to work on the floor.
