[REDACTED] was draining the oil out of the fryer she bent down to open the drain when a customer needed assistance at the register when she returned the oil had drained all over the floor. She placed cardboard and towels to clean it up. The store mgr brought her kitty litter to try to clean it up. She was spreading the litter around when she twisted and strained her back. She could not stand up straight.
