What happened

[REDACTED] was pushing one rack in front of her and pulling on rack behind her while going to the dish area. The floor the the dish area has a slightly raised rim and the front rack she was pushing bumped the floor area and then began to fall forward while [REDACTED] was still holding onto both racks. She tried to pull the rack back up toward her so it wouldn 't hit the ground. [REDACTED] was still holding on to the other rack at the same time this was happening.
