Before the incident

Employee was preparing to wrap a tray of potatoes for customer. [REDACTED] turned around and his foot went one way while his knee went the other resulting in a fall. [REDACTED] was wearing slip resistant shoes

What happened

Customer requested some potatoes. [REDACTED] put potatoes in to tray. [REDACTED] turned to go to wrapping station. As he was going to put the potatoes on the station [REDACTED] fell twisting his knee. [REDACTED] got back up and leaned on a table for a moment and returned to work. [REDACTED] notified manager on duty ([REDACTED]) at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] finished his shift then he went home to change and went to [REDACTED] Emergency room
